The two-day course provides in-depth knowledge and practical skills for performing herbal Aufgusss in the sauna. Participants learn the responsible use of herbs, their effect on body and mind and the professional design of herbal Aufguss ceremonies.

Lecturers

The instructor Mirah Burmann, reigning winner of the Sauna Herbal Cup Germany and runner-up in the 2022 World Championship, is an internationally experienced sauna master who shares her extensive knowledge and passion for natural sauna experiences with the participants.

Co-lecturer is Peter Wagner, experienced sauna master and member of the international jury of the Sauna Herbal Cup.
