Herbal infusions and steam bath ceremonies

Course objective:
This exclusive course aims to provide experienced sauna masters with the skills and knowledge to create an impressive herbal infusion as well as a special exfoliation ceremony in the steam bath. Participants will learn how to use natural ingredients effectively to create a unique sauna experience.

Target group:
The course is aimed at experienced sauna masters who want to improve their skills and perhaps even prepare for a championship.

Course contents:

• Planning and carrying out a herbal infusion
• Use of incense and other natural ingredients
• Creation, application and mode of action of various peelings in the steam bath
• Practical exercises to perfect the techniques

Course duration and structure:
The course lasts two intensive days and is limited to a maximum of 15 participants to ensure individual support.

Certification:
Upon successful completion of the course, participants receive a certificate confirming their newly acquired skills.
