For the first time, this course will be held in cooperation with the Czech Banya Association . This course will be held in English!

Procedure:

Day 1:

- Preparation of herbal ceremonies with Weniks

- Making your own weniks, herb bundles and incense burners

Day 2 and 3:

- Knowledge of private Wenik treatments and individual massages

- Use of Weniks to warm up the guest

- High-quality massage with Weniks

- Tee and wedge techniques

- Performing banjo rituals 1:1 up to groups of 6

The banya ritual is not only suitable for textile-free saunas, but also for guests from the textile sector, as the ritual can also be performed on people wearing swimwear.
